We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and comparable international copyright frameworks.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on dwovera.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at admin@dwovera.com that includes:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (such as the specific URL) to allow us to locate it; your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to admin@dwovera.com containing your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Dwovera reserves the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate access for users or sources found to be repeat infringers.

False Claims

Submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law. Please ensure your submission is accurate before sending it.
